LEADERSHIP
Andrew Armour founded Winthrop Realty Group in 2020 and oversees its principal and brokerage businesses. Prior to founding Winthrop, Andrew worked at PinPoint Commercial, Stream Realty Partners, and Caldwell Companies. He has developed more than $150 million of institutional real estate and transacted more than $50 million for his office, industrial, retail, land, and multifamily clients.

Andrew graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and South Texas College of Law Houston with a JD, summa cum laude. He also serves on the executive board of directors for Mission Centers of Houston and on the advisory board for Northeast Houston Disaster Recovery.
